Our Commitment to You At Mobo App, we aim to provide a swift pickup for your mobile repair. We understand that plans change, and we offer a flexible cancellation process.
Cancellation Rules:
Before Rider Assignment: You can cancel your booking anytime for FREE before a rider is assigned to your request.
After Rider Assignment (Grace Period): Once a rider is assigned, you have a 5-minute grace period to cancel without any charges.
Rider On-the-Way: If you cancel after the rider has started their journey to your location, a nominal Convenience Fee of ₹50 will be applied to compensate the rider for their time and fuel.
At Doorstep: If the rider reaches your location and the booking is cancelled, the full Pickup/Visiting Fee will be applicable.
Post-Pickup: Once your device is picked up and in transit, the booking cannot be cancelled via the app. Please contact our support team for urgent recalls.
